How does delivery work?

At checkout you enter your Roblox username. After payment we gift your items straight to your in-game Grow a Garden 2 mailbox — usually within minutes, always within 24 hours. Just open your mailbox in game.

Do you need my password?

Never. Username only. We will never ask for your password, a login code, or anything else about your account — anyone who does is scamming you.

What payment methods do you take?

Cards and wallets via Stripe's secure checkout. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us — we never see the number.

My order hasn't arrived — what now?

Give it up to 24 hours at busy times, and double-check the username you entered. Still nothing? Email [email protected] with your username and order email — we deliver again or refund in full. See the refund policy.

How does the daily seed spin work?

One free spin per day, no purchase needed. Prizes are delivered with your next order. The spin is a freebie — prizes have no cash value and can't be exchanged or refunded.

Is LOOTSHED official?

No — we're an independent shop, not affiliated with Roblox or the makers of Grow a Garden 2.
